This is an entry-level position that works under the guidance of more experienced technicians and supervisors, providing opportunities to develop skills in various building trades.Shift Schedule: 07:00 a.m. - 03:30 p.m.Pay: $19.50/hr**Responsibilities*** Maintain grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and trash removal.* Perform basic repairs to building structures, such as walls, floors, ceilings, doors,



and windows.* Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools and equipment safely and effectively.* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.* Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working workplace.* Maintain a clean and organized work area.* Respond to maintenance requests and address issues promptly and efficiently.* Assist with setting up and tearing down for events or meetings.**Skills*** Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.* Basic troubleshooting skills.* Ability to follow instructions and procedures.* Attention to detail and accuracy.* Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.* Basic computer skills may be required.**Certifications****Education**High school diploma or GED**Experience**0-2+ years of experience**Physical Demands**Reasonable accommodations will be taken where necessary**Travel Requirements**0-25%
