This part time role is 10 hours per week focused in the Kitchener/Waterloo region. Your responsibilities will include conducting home visits, qualifying host families, and supporting a vibrant community. Essential skills include interpersonal communication and an ability to maintain relationships while achieving recruitment goals during your flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interview hosts and conduct home visits to assess conditions
• Maintain accurate host database records and documentation




• Carry out annual reviews and respond to inquiries from prospective hosts
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly targets
• Support host families and strengthen community ties
Requirements:
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with databases and communication software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Preferred experience working with youth/students
• Must have a full driver’s license and reliable vehicle
