Job Description

The role- We're looking for a

customer focused, detail driven Food Service Worker

to join our corporate dining team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth transactions, friendly service, and a welcoming cafeteria experience. You'll thrive here if you enjoy fast paced service, take pride in accuracy, and love creating positive moments for guests. What You'll Do

Greet Guests

with warmth and professionalism, helping create a welcoming environment. Process Transactions

accurately using POS systems, including cash, debit, credit, and other payment methods. Balance Cash

and reconcile end of shift totals with precision. Provide Information

and assist guests with menu questions, service needs, and issue resolution. Maintain a Clean Checkout Area

to support a safe, efficient, and professional dining space. Support Food Service Operations

such as restocking, basic inventory tasks, and assisting colleagues during peak periods. Participate in delivery of Catering within the building

such as coffee breaks, catered lunches and events What You Bring

Experience in

customer service ,

cash handling , or

food service

(corporate dining experience is a plus). Strong communication skills and a positive, guest focused attitude. Comfort working in a

fast paced , team oriented environment. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail

This role is located within a

high security corporate facility . To meet mandatory federal background verification standards, candidates must have: Lived in Canada continuously for the past ten (10) years.
