Job Description

- Grade and sort eggs according to quality, size, and appearance standards.
- Inspect eggs for cracks, defects, and cleanliness.
- Package and label eggs for distribution and sale.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Operate and monitor egg grading equipment.
- Follow all farm safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing grading and packing areas.

Working Conditions

- Fast-paced agricultural production environment.
- Exposure to dust, barn conditions, and varying temperatures.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable performing routine tasks while maintaining high quality standards

- Previous farm or food production experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
