In this role, you will facilitate the entire Roam Subscription experience at our Etobicoke office. Your responsibilities include overseeing customer appointments and ensuring effective collaboration between teams while prioritizing service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet customers and document service requests
• Carry out vehicle inspections for incoming and outgoing services
• Create and manage service tickets diligently
• Liaise with Sales and CX to keep vehicles on schedule
• Confirm service bookings and handle payments accurately
Requirements:
• One year of relevant education or experience
• Two years in customer-facing positions
• Valid Ontario driver's license and a clean driving record
• Robust communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and maintain service quality
