Role: Payroll and HR Administrator Location: Mississauga hybrid after probation. Our client is seeking an experienced payroll and HR professional to support their multi-site workplace Reporting to the HR Director the ideal candidate will have experience with; managed 170+ salaried and hourly employees in ON handling employee onboarding and off boarding into ADP experience working with union employees – reviewing collective agreements, handling dues etc. comfortable using excel to manage time sheet hours year end payroll experience, reivewing the T4s, WSIB, EHT etc. systems experience with ADP WFN and BambooHR is considered an asset strong communicator, ability to answer inquries in person and over the phone ability to work with ADP partner regarding payroll runs supporting HR and recruitment needs on an as needs basis PCP considered an asset For you 70-75K based on experience benefits from day 1 - employer paid 5 sick days 2 weeks vacation close to transit and parking onsite great working environment INDCAP 43602TDD Portfolio are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position.
