In this casual, part time position, you will be a key player in the NPCA's Conservation Area Programs and Services team. Your role encompasses delivering enriching educational content, maintaining heritage sites, and supporting community events. You'll provide exceptional customer service while engaging children, youth, and adults in outdoor learning, nature connection, and conservation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate educational and recreational programming effectively
• Lead guided hikes and interactive tours for visitors




• Maintain facilities and program resources thoroughly
• Support the setup and cleanup of events and programs
• Ensure participant safety and enjoyment throughout activities
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education is required
• 2+ years of experience in educational roles
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Certification in First Aid/CPR an asset
• Experience teaching or working in outdoor environments preferred
