This position seeks either a young couple or a single female without children to assist a young woman with degenerative osteoarthritis. You'll play a key role in community engagement, daily activity support, and fostering a soothing environment in a main-level bungalow. Experience with developmental disabilities is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and participate in community outings
• Help with personal daily activities and routines
• Ensure a warm and accessible workplace at home
• Collaborate within a professional support team




• Contribute to her independence and personal development
Requirements:
• Diploma in Rehabilitation or Social Services is preferred
• 2 years’ experience supporting individuals with disabilities
• First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration certifications required
• Must provide a current police clearance check
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with adequate insurance
