Role Details

We are currently hiring for a 4‑month paid internship/co‑op in Finance from May 3, 2027 – Aug 20, 2027 at our Toronto headquarters.

As a Finance Intern at P&G; Canada, you will be given real ownership from Day 1. You will work on live business challenges across major retailers and brands, using data, financial analysis, and consumer insights to help teams make better decisions.

Role

- Conduct financial analysis on plans or projects to determine payout of projects and to set direction for future plans




- Identify growth opportunities to exceed targets and how to avoid future business risks
- Develop an understanding of key external market trends including benchmarking and retailer & sales channel analysis
- Finding opportunities to maximize revenue and to grow share profitably.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and category teams to understand business needs and develop practical solutions.
- Gain exposure to how Finance influences strategy, retailer plans, forecasting, and profitable growth

Job Qualifications





- are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with planned graduation in mid‑late 2028
- Have no more than 3 years of prior full‑time experience (excluding intern/co‑op work terms)
- Can start the role on May 3rd, 2027 from Toronto, Ontario (domestic relocation benefits may apply)
- If successful in internship, available to start full‑time role within 12 months of internship end date.
