The Opportunity

Were looking for a Red Seal Auto Body Repair Technician or a registered third-year apprentice who wants to build a long-term career repairing commercial trucks and heavy-duty equipment.

Commercial vehicle experience is considered a robust asset,



but candidates from automotive collision shops looking to expand into heavy-duty are encouraged to apply.

I-CAR Platinum certification is also considered an asset.

What Youll Do

Collision Repair

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on commercial trucks and heavy-duty equipment
• Repair and replace damaged panels and body components
• Complete panel alignment, fitment, and adjustments
• Perform tear-downs and rebuilds
• Prepare surfaces through sanding, grinding, masking, and priming
• Assist with refinishing work based on experience
• Follow OEM repair procedures and quality standards
• Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality workmanship

Shop Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist fellow technicians when required
• Properly maintain tools and equipment
• Support safe work practices and shop cleanliness
• Work collaboratively to meet production goals

Qualifications

Required

• Red Seal Auto Body Repair Technician or
• Registered third-year Auto Body Apprentice
• Valid drivers licence
• Personal hand tools
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship

Assets

• Commercial truck or heavy-duty collision repair experience
• I-CAR Platinum certification
• Experience working within ICBC repair standards
