Join SkiBig3 as an Adventure Hub Associate this winter and assist guests in Banff National Park! Your role will focus on customer service, rentals, and delivery tasks.
This full time seasonal position will run from September 2026 through April 2027, with opportunities in both the Banff and Canmore hubs. By actively engaging with visitors and effectively managing rental operations, you will enhance their Canadian ski experience. Be part of an inspired team that shares a love for winter adventures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the Adventure Hub is visually appealing and organized
• Greet customers and assess their needs accurately
• Assist with ski and resort-specific product inquiries
• Maintain and deliver rental equipment as required
• Provide knowledgeable support on reservation systems
Requirements:
• Proven clean driving record and valid license required
• Minimum three years of personal insurance experience
• Excellent communication skills and strong initiative
• Familiarity with local ski areas is an asset
• Previous retail experience beneficial
