- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Experience in mining, construction, heavy industrial, or labour-intensive environments
- Experience supporting drilling and blasting operations
- Common Core for Surface Mining certification
- Standard First Aid/CPR certification
- Surface Miner or Underground Hard Rock Miner training
