As a Training Coordinator and Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operational structure and guide technicians in animal care and technical procedures. Your role will facilitate comprehensive training initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance within the facility. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training and operational supervision to staff
• Ensure proper protocol adherence and animal welfare
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards




• Evaluate and manage surgical supplies and equipment
• Support the administrative aspects of research projects
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Four years minimum experience in animal research
• Registered Laboratory Animal Technician (RLAT)
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory animal regulations
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
