Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing program effectiveness and guiding improvements. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of performance measurement systems
• Analyze data sets for trends and opportunities
• Collaborate on evaluation methodologies with stakeholders




• Ensure compliance and governance in data handling
• Manage the Data & Evaluation team’s daily functions
Requirements:
• Master’s in health sciences or a related field preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics or evaluation
• 3 years leading teams effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and data integrity
• Proficiency with data visualization tools
