• Execute ID and OD grinding on aerospace materials • Collaborate in 5S and TPM initiatives for efficiency • Communicate effectively regarding process issues • Use cranes responsibly for moving large parts • Multi-task on various machines within the shop

Requirements: • High school diploma; 3-5 years grinding experience • Skilled in machine shop practices and machine operation • Solid blueprint reading skills required • Eligibility to work in Canada under ITAR and CCGP regulations • Ability to achieve position responsibilities within training timeline
