Weneed a Security Guard to join our Security team! In this role, you will get to respond to a variety ofsituations, use your communication and de-escalation skills to assist patientsand visitors, and stay active while supporting different areas throughout thehospital, and much more!

Asthe successful applicant, you will do the following:

- Ensuresafety of patients, staff, volunteers, physicians, and visitors
- Ensureprotection of hospital possessions and property
- Performsroutine checks of systems and equipment
- Otherduties as assigned

WhatYou’ll Bring

Required





- Graduate of a recognized Law and Securityprogram, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- P ossess and maintain a valid Ontario SecurityGuard License

Preferred

- Three (3) years’ experience in asecurity role in a healthcare setting
- Non-violentCrisis Intervention (NVCI) or equivalent
