GHD is looking for a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Spring 2027 to join our Markham office. The role is designed for those enthusiastic about learning through hands-on experience across mechanical design projects, including plumbing and HVAC systems. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers to develop your skills in a real-world environment while contributing to infrastructure and sustainability outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client specifications with respect to mechanical engineering • Prepare and oversee building system design drawings • Generate technical specifications for mechanical systems • Work with various disciplines to achieve project objectives • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
Requirements: • Recent degree or imminent completion in Mechanical Engineering • 0-2 years of related experience • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Familiarity with AutoCAD and similar software is preferred • Driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus
