You will develop BIM models and construction documents for healthcare, institutional, commercial, educational, and light industrial projects, collaborating with engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

You will apply BC Building Code, BC Plumbing Code, NBC, NFPA, and ASHRAE standards throughout design development and support construction-phase activities.
