Contribute to The Royal's Epic implementation as a Health Support Student. Your support will assist staff in navigating current workflows and resources through go-live.
In this short-term role, you'll provide essential in-person support to staff during the rollout of Epic. As part of your duties, you'll facilitate issue documentation and escalation while promoting user confidence in the new system. You'll help identify challenges faced by staff and ensure a seamless transition to Epic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with in-person support for Epic users
• Document issues and escalate for resolution
• Promote staff confidence and resource utilization
• Communicate support needs to project teams
• Support logistical tasks to ensure effective go-live
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a relevant post-secondary health program
• Previous customer service or support experience required
• Basic computer proficiency and communication skills
• Knowledge of health care operations or training a plus
• Understand privacy guidelines and hospital safety
