Qualifications

• Playground inspection certificate
• Grade 12 or equivalent diploma
• Computer use knowledge
• Minimum of two years experience in one or more of the building trades
• Valid drivers license with a heavy trailer endorsement
• Provide a reliable vehicle if required

Skills and Responsibilities

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment required to perform assigned work
• Ability to work cooperatively with other trades and contractors
• Ability to do heavy work (exert 100 lbs of force occasionally and up to 50 lbs of force frequently and 20 lbs of force constantly to move objects)
• Ability to recognize work that is required and perform necessary work or create a service request.
