Centennial Carstar Moncton is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Collision Technician Apprentice!

LOCATION: Centennial Carstar Moncton, New Brunswick

HOURS: Full time, Permanent. Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.

WAGES: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + benefits. Negotiable based on experience. Potential for flat rate.

ROLE IDENTITY:

As a Collision Technician, youll play a critical role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition through structural and body repairs. Your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality help ensure every customer receives a safe, reliable vehicle they can confidently drive again.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Restoring collision-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards
• Reviewing repair plans and determining the most effective repair approach
• Repairing or replacing damaged body panels, structural components, frames, glass, and interior components
• Preparing vehicle surfaces for refinishing through sanding, grinding, masking, and related repair procedures
• Operating specialized collision repair equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspecting completed repairs to ensure quality, safety, and proper vehicle operation
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborating with estimators, painters, and production staff to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Previous collision repair experience is an asset; Red Seal Certification is considered a strong asset
• Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques, vehicle construction,
  
  
  
  and repair procedures
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Physically capable of performing the duties of the position, including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting as required
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous learning
