Role

The Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, responsible for driving sales and delivering a premium, customer-focused experience. This role includes greeting and assisting clients, presenting collections, providing product knowledge on gemstones and designs, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. The Sales Representative will maintain store displays, monitor inventory, handle transactions, and support merchandising initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include building lasting client relationships,



following up with prospective and existing customers, and collaborating with the team to meet individual and store sales targets.

Qualifications

• Robust customer service, client relationship management, and communication skills.
• Proven sales experience in retail, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage transactions and inventory accurately.
• Comfort working in a rapid-paced, client-facing environment and collaborating within a small team.
• Interest in jewelry design, gemstones, and fashion trends; willingness to learn product details.
• Basic computer skills for POS systems, email, and inventory tools.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a strong asset in the Montreal market.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Previous retail or boutique experience and a track record of meeting sales goals are preferred.
