Key responsibilities include monitoring lab safety, assisting with skill application, and maintaining equipment. You will play a crucial role in reporting on student development and ensuring a conducive learning workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend laboratory meetings and consult with course instructors
• Ensure clarity in student understanding of course objectives
• Demonstrate and assist with lab procedures and principles
• Maintain every aspect of lab safety and organization
• Report on student progress and manage attendance
Requirements:
• A minimum of two-year diploma in OTA/PTA is required
• Two years of clinical OTA/PTA experience
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications mandatory
• WHMIS training must be completed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
