Strong track record in leading teams, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and executing commercial and brand strategies.



Experience in coaching, developing and motivating high-performing teams. Strong business acumen, with experience in setting KPIs, budgeting, financial management and sales performance analysis. Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, KOLs and internal/external stakeholders. Robust analytical, communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into business actions. Experience contributing to brand plans and marketing strategies. Commitment to compliance, integrity and ethical business practices. Proficiency in sales force automation/CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
