Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Lead Line Cook to support culinary operations across Spruce Meadows venues and catering teams. You will lead food prep, production, and ensure high-quality meals for events, while maintaining safety standards and productive workflow.
Two-way communication with BOH/FOH, cost control, and adherence to recipes are essential. Must have food safety and ProServe certifications; Red Seal is a plus. Hours include nights, weekends, and event-driven schedules.
