XPS is seeking an experienced Senior Mineral Processing Consultant in Sudbury, Ontario, to provide technical leadership and enhance client relationships. This role focuses on mineral processing optimization, flowsheet development, and pilot plant programs. As a Senior Consultant, you'll apply your extensive industry knowledge to support both operational and strategic projects.

You'll manage multidisciplinary teams through feasibility studies and technical proposals while promoting creative solutions for our mining clients. Your insights will help shape industry practices and improve performance outcomes globally. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee metallurgical studies and provide technical guidance
Develop and assess mineral processing flowsheets




Manage project delivery and prepare comprehensive reports
Execute pilot plant test programs effectively
Support business development initiatives for client engagement Requirements:
Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or similar field
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in mineral processing
Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
