Direct the evaluation and implementation of campaign strategies
Identify and engage high-capacity donors effectively

Maintain accurate records of campaign and donor information Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required
Five years of experience in donor relations or fundraising
Experience with major gifts and capital campaigns
Proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT or equivalent systems
