Shape the operations strategy as the Manager of Operations at Americold. This position is pivotal in ensuring seamless product movement and exemplary customer service within the cold chain sector.

You will support the development of operational budgets, train and evaluate staff, and ensure compliance with both safety guidelines and quality control standards. Your leadership will play a key role in building relationships and increasing operational efficiency across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop budgets in collaboration with the General Manager
Verify compliance with safety and food handling laws
Manage employee training and performance appraisals
Coordinate with warehouses and sales for merchandise availability
Ensure adherence to all operational practices and safety regulations

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role
Associate's Degree is preferred
Cold storage experience is a plus
