Maple Leaf Foods is seeking an Employee Services Coordinator on a 12-month contract at our Heritage plant to support hourly employees and uphold policies in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will be the first point of contact for HR inquiries, manage SAP and Kronos data, assist with recruiting for hourly roles, and help with new hire onboarding and HR processes while maintaining accurate employee records.
