Duties
Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care
Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and service development

Duties:
Perform professional esthetic services including facials, body treatments, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures & other spa services within your certification scope.
Build strong client relationships and treatment plans
Uphold hygiene and safety standards
Recommend products and services to clients
Manage scheduling, client relations, and inventory
Lead and support a team of massage therapists and front desk staff
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care
Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and service development





Requirements
Previous spa experience (Preferred)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Passionate about wellness and delivering outstanding customer service

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
