Duties
Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and bulldozers to assist with site preparation and material movement
Assist in paving activities, including laying asphalt or concrete surfaces with precision and care
Perform manual labor tasks like digging, lifting, and assembling structures according to project specifications
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of construction phases
Maintain tools and equipment,



ensuring they are in good working condition for daily use
Support various construction activities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude

Qualifications
Prior construction experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is equally valued
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively (training provided if necessary)
Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding manual tasks throughout the workday
Robust attention to safety standards and procedures at all times
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting
