Deploy and configure Windows 11 using Microsoft Managed Desktop
Support docking station and peripheral installations




Conduct user data migrations from older devices
Keep asset information in ServiceNow up to date
Provide troubleshooting support during user onboarding Requirements:
University degree or IT diploma required
Four years of experience in an IT support role
Three years of experience in hardware management projects
Proficient in Microsoft Intune and SCCM
