Terrakata Inc. is looking for reliable, physically capable workers to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season in the Bow Valley.

This is a hands-on outdoor position involving residential and commercial snow clearing. Work is primarily completed by hand using snow shovels and related equipment. Snowfall can happen at any time, so applicants must be comfortable with early mornings, variable hours, and working outdoors in winter conditions.

We offer both seasonal salaried positions and casual/on-call positions.

Salaried positions are best suited to applicants who can commit to being available throughout the winter season. Casual workers can provide their availability and work the snow events that fit their schedule. Casual compensation is based on the amount of assigned work completed, making it well suited to motivated workers who are effective and dependable.

Responsibilities include:

- Shovelling snow from sidewalks, walkways, stairs, entrances, driveways,



and other assigned areas
- Completing assigned properties safely and efficiently
- Travelling between job sites
- Monitoring snow and ice conditions while working
- Communicating with the crew regarding completed work and any site concerns
- Working independently and as part of a small team
- Being available for early-morning starts when snowfall requires it

Previous landscaping, snow removal, construction, labour, or outdoor work experience is an asset but is not required.

Season: Approximately November through April
