Guide teams in developing secure, maintainable solutions
Participate in all design, development, and deployment phases
Collaborate with architects and analysts to achieve consistency
Conduct assessments and recommend optimizations for performance
Manage risks and plan objectives for successful deliveries Requirements:
Minimum of eight years software development experience
Six years using Guidewire technology
Proven three years in a technical leadership role
Guidewire ACE certification is required
