Join PLEA Community Services as a Temporary Full time Youth Care Worker in Maple Ridge, BC. Assist youth facing challenges in a structured, supportive environment. This position involves helping youth with moderate to severe behavioral challenges achieve their goals in a staffed resource home.

Your responsibilities include fostering emotional and physical well-being, implementing effective routines, and assisting with daily activities. The role is designed for a 40-hour workweek, from Tuesday to Saturday. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support youth's well-being
Facilitate open communication with caregivers
Implement individualized life skills training
Provide emotional support and crisis intervention
Document progress and incidents regularly Requirements:
Relevant diploma in human/social services
At least six months of related experience
Robust conflict resolution and communication skills
Valid Class 5 or 7N B.C. Driver's License
