Sofina Foods is hiring a Production Analyst to analyze production trends and enhance process reliability. This pivotal role merges data analytics with operational oversight, primarily in a manufacturing setting. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll be responsible for collecting and monitoring crucial operational reports, translating them into strategies that drive productivity and quality.

In addition to daily management, you'll support impactful projects aimed at improving process reliability and capacity enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze daily production and quality reports
Deliver data-driven insights to improve key operational KPIs
Coordinate plant operations and meetings effectively
Engage in continuous improvement and capital projects
Conduct data modeling for process enhancements Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
3 to 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with AS400
