Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and evaluating resident care plans




Document care details and resident observations accurately
Attend regular staff meetings and in-service training
Help onboard current team members as directed
Rigorously follow IPAC health guidelines

Requirements:
Completion of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program
Familiarity with geriatric care techniques
Understanding of sanitation procedures
Compliance with vocational guidelines from overseeing bodies
Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
