Become a Bilingual Housing Case Manager with the YMCA of the National Capital Region and help provide critical housing support. This full time position runs from Sunday to Thursday, focusing on engagement and community service. You will be pivotal in assisting clients with housing challenges, providing both case management and counselling services.

This role requires fluency in English and French to meet diverse community needs. Your tasks will include conducting interviews, maintaining case files, and delivering social skills workshops committed to empowering clients in their housing journeys. Key Responsibilities:
Inform clients about housing services and eligibility
Schedule and conduct interviews with applicants
Develop clients' individual goals and plans
Provide crisis intervention and referrals
Conduct workshops on social and life skills Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education
At least 2 years in social services
1 year in housing or related field
Fluency in English and French
