Drive productive billing operations as a Billing Analyst at ATCO Electric in Edmonton, AB. Utilizing your knowledge of utility billing, you will address exceptions, update key account information, and support internal stakeholders in the billing workflow. Key Responsibilities:
Follow processes to resolve billing exceptions efficiently
Accurately update customer and site data in the system
Create and validate rate schedules for services
Manage manual billing tasks for complex situations
Analyze and resolve historical consumption billing issues Requirements:
University Undergraduate Degree or comparable Diploma
At least 2 years' experience in billing roles
Knowledge of Oracle CCS or Customer Care & Billing
