This role provides hands-on assistance in daily living activities to promote independence and community engagement. Team members are essential in delivering services that adapt to each client's unique needs and development goals. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver client-centered care and daily support
Assist in personal hygiene and grooming
Guide clients in cooking and meal preparation
Encourage participation in social and community activities
Document client progress and communicate effectively with the team Requirements:
Experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred
Minimum one year of related experience
Valid class 5 driver’s license and current criminal record check
Certifications: First Aid/CPR required
