This role involves floating between emergency and medical units to provide productive, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate care for patients with complex needs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Document care processes accurately
Float between departments as required
Provide clinical direction in emergent situations Requirements:
Two years of ER nursing experience needed
Active Registered Nurse license
Must hold BLS, ACLS, CTAS certifications
TNCC, ENPC, PALS, NRP preferred
