Responsibilities

- Keep Things Moving: Schedule and coordinate trucking for inbound and outbound freight to ensure pipes are delivered on time.
- Be the Point of Contact: Chat with customers, drivers, and suppliers via phone and email to resolve shipping issues quickly.
- Problem Solve: Follow up with drivers who are running behind and find solutions to get them back on track.
- Stay Organized: Handle essential paperwork, including data entry, filing, scanning, and inventory control support.
- Build Relationships: Maintain a reliable base of trucking carriers for new and existing accounts.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate updates for management to keep the business running smoothly using Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

- Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and can pick up recent software platforms quickly.

- Knowledgeable: You have a basic understanding of transportation regulations in Canada and the USA.
