Plan, execute, direct and complete all aspects of both buy side and sell side financial due diligence engagement in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, technology, retail and distribution, and other diversified industries
Serve as the day-to-day point person on engagements; lead meetings and calls with clients and target management
Coordinate multidisciplinary diligence teams including tax, IT, and valuation specialists.
Manage client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines and lead change efforts effectively
