In this position, you will be instrumental in coordinating technical operations as part of Transat’s dynamic air transport workplace.

Your role includes technical dispatch, approving maintenance deferrals, and overseeing critical operations like AOG management. Mastery in aircraft systems, along with solid communication and problem-solving skills, is essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure technical dispatch of aircraft meets regulatory standards
Evaluate and grant MEL deferrals from maintenance teams
Coordinate resources during AOG and delay scenarios




Communicate with technical and operational departments
Create fleet performance and status reports Requirements:
College diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technology or equivalent
AME license – Category M2
Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems
Effective problem-solving and leadership skills
