We’re a ~$4M painting and renovation company in the Lower Mainland. Work is real. Clients are real. Margin matters. We’re hiring one senior estimator we trust to own quoting — in office, accurate, and decisive — so the owner isn’t living inside every estimate.

What we need from you
10+ years estimating (painting / reno / related trade or GC)
Heavy in office quoting experience
Clear handoffs to PMs so jobs get built as sold
The judgment to protect margin before the quote goes out
