Become a Senior Environmental Mining Expert at Stantec, enhancing mining practices through strategic environmental assessments. This role allows for two to three days of work from home each week. As a pivotal figure in our environmental permitting practice, you will oversee complex regulatory compliance and provide expert guidance to clients across the mining landscape.

Utilize your in-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and multi-disciplinary coordination to drive successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Lead environmental assessments relevant to mining operations
Engage with clients for enhanced service offerings
Draft competitive proposals and project documentation




Perform desktop studies to support regulatory compliance
Develop comprehensive consultation strategies Requirements:
At least 15 years of industry experience in senior roles
Solid understanding of mining regulations in North America
Proven ability to lead environmental permitting projects
Relevant degree in Environmental Science or associated discipline
