Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to define project requirements. Your leadership will foster both team camaraderie and the career development of junior engineers. Key Responsibilities:
Architect, develop, and optimize software for various applications
Collaborate on software/hardware co-design for performance improvements
Lead team scrums, project planning, and technical reviews




Educate junior engineers through mentoring and code reviews
Stay ahead by researching trends relevant to compiler technologies Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in programming with C++, C, or Java
Proven experience with production compilers like LLVM/Clang
Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms
Experience with software development tools and methodologies
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field Drive innovation in compiler technology at Huawei Canada, bridging software and hardware efficiencies.
