Reporting to the Active Living Manager, you will lead comprehensive recreation services tailored to enhance residents' wellness.

This role includes assessment, program development, and ensuring high-quality service standards. You will promote resident independence and actively support their right to choose leisure prospects. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day therapeutic recreation coordination
Perform initial and ongoing assessments for residents
Facilitate resident-centered recreational programs
Create and distribute monthly calendars of events
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Recreation Therapy or related area
Minimum three years working with senior populations
Certification in wellness interventions is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic records
