WSP is seeking a seasoned qualified to lead critical rock mechanics studies that will support safer mining operations. You will manage high-quality field programs, guide multidisciplinary project teams, and deliver relevant geotechnical analyses. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical solutions that contribute to resilient mining practices. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct rock mechanics studies to ensure excavation safety
Deliver stability assessments and design criteria for various excavations
Implement kinematic and empirical analyses for complex data




Supervise budgets, timelines, and technical quality of projects
Cultivate lasting client and team relationships Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mining or geotechnical engineering
Over 8 years of relevant industry experience
P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration in Canada
Proficiency in RS2, RS3, and similar software
