Your Next Challenge
Organize and coordinate cultural activities and events at site to promote employee engagement and community involvement;
Provide support to all employees regarding workplace and employee relations matters;
Provide support with HR administrative tasks and ensure compliance with Agnico policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations;
Foster community relations by organizing and participating in liaison activities, including Nunavut Day, Family Day, and Christmas events.

What You Need To Succeed
2- 5 years of experience in administrative related work;
Experience in Human Resources is an asset;
Mining experience is an asset;
Solid ability to effectively communicate in Inuktitut and English (Oral and written);
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word &
PowerPoint;
